Advance PA Solutions was founded by Chloe Battam in 2023 after serving as a Personal Assistant in the Bloodstock industry for a prominent consignor. Chloe holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Horseracing Business from Hartpury University. During her studies, she actively participated in daily riding exercises for a local trainer and spent her summers working for Sir Mark Prescott in Newmarket, a commitment she has continued for nearly seven years.

One year after graduating from university and working full-time at Sir Mark Prescott's as a second traveller, Chloe was offered a position at Darley/Godolphin at Dalham Hall Stud, where she joined the Marketing team. In this capacity, she managed social media accounts, organised events and performed various office duties. However, her experience there made her realise that the conventional 9-5 office setting was not her preferred environment, which ultimately led her to become a Personal Assistant to Jamie Railton.

In this role, Chloe was responsible for coordinating all aspects related to bringing horses to thoroughbred auctions, overseeing a staggering 300 horses per year. Her responsibilities also encompassed managing sales staff, nurturing client relationships, handling marketing emails and social media activities and performing general secretarial tasks.

As Chloe developed her professional network through her various positions, she recognised a market gap for small businesses in the industry that require timely services and expert guidance in the areas of social media and communications. This realisation drove her to establish Advance PA Solutions, a company dedicated to meeting these specific needs.
